Tim's father Marty Seifert (house master of Seton from 2000-2005) reports that Tim, who played his first hard ball cricket match while at Loretto is nowadays part of the NZ Black Caps cricket team since 2018 and recently played at the ICC 20/20 World Cup in Dubai as well as stints with the CPL & IPL franchises . Timt married in 2021 in between overseas travel and NZ lockdowns
