Congratulations to the 11 Upper Sixth pupils who received their Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) awards today.

The qualification sees pupils research an area of interest to them, followed by the production of either a dissertation or practical project. Highly regarded in the university application progress, EPQs can be worth up to 28 university entrance (UCAS) points - equivalent to half of an A Level. Along the way, pupils develop their research, project management, and presentation skills - abilities that will serve them as they prepare for life beyond Loretto.
