Dr Ian Alexander Bruce Mackenzie-Ross (1941-46) who died on 25th April 2010, after a long illness, was a prefect, in the 1st XI and the Fives Team. Robert (Roy) Lumsden St. Clair Murray (1942-46), who died on 12 March 2013, was a Prefect, Captain of the 3rd XV and a member of the Fives Team. John Michael Graham (1941-46) died on 9th November, 2004, in South Africa. He was a prefect and in the Hockey XI. His working life was as a fruit farmer in the Limpopo town of Tzaneen, and he played hockey for the North Transvaal Country District. He is survived by 3 children, Alan, Jean and Helen and 8 grandchildren.

Robert (Robin) Douglas Grant Laing MBE (1938-46) died on 5th May, 2005. Captain John Ambrose Fergusson (Shorty) Lawson (1942-46) died on 25th November, 2005. He was in the XV and the hockey, athletics and boxing teams. Major P M K Mackellar (1942-46) died on 25th September 2004, at the age of 75. Following the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, his service in the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders took him to Korea, where he was wounded, Suez, Cyprus and Borneo. Retiring in the rank of Major in 1984 he then worked for the MoD in London.
