The Queen has appointed Adam to be a Circuit Judge and he has been deployed to the South Eastern Circuit based at Croydon Crown Court. He was called to the Bar (I) in 1990. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2012 and as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber in 2014. He will be known as His Honour Judge Hiddleston.
