We are thrilled to report that last week saw yet another OL receive their first official Cricket Scotland cap!

Finlay McCreath (2015) (right) - who returned to Loretto just last week to captain a visiting MCC side - received his cap after being named on the team sheet against UAE Cricket in the ICC Men's CWCL2 Series, where his impressive knock of 35 runs contributed to the team's victory.

It's also worth noting that this was the second time in recent history that the Scotland men's team featured three Old Lorettonians, with George Munsey (2011) being the one to present Finlay with his cap, and Jack Jarvis (2021) also playing for the side.
