FetLor Youth Club will be celebrating their centenary year on Friday 24th May 2024 with a fundraising dinner at Fettes College.

If you don't already know, FetLor Youth Club is a fantastic charity that supports children and young people in North Edinburgh.

Every child who visits Fetlor is offered a hot, nutritious meal, access to a youth worker, activities and one to one support in a safe, positive space.

Everything FetLor offers is provided at no cost but they can only do this through the generosity of donors.

This is where we hope you can help.

FetLor Youth Club was founded by Loretto and Fettes but we have to acknowledge that, in recent years, support from the Loretto community has declined.

The School is already looking at long-term ways to renew our connection with and support for Fetlor, including pupil-led fundraising and volunteering. In the short-term, we hope the OL community can support the club with their upcoming dinner.

With this in mind, we ask if you can help the club with any or all of the following:

Buy tickets (or a table) for the dinner

• Tickets for the dinner are priced at £100 per person (£1,000 for a table of ten).
• This includes a sponsored champagne reception followed by a 3 course dinner with wine, beer and water.
• The evening will also feature an auction, for which prizes already include a Royal Albert Hall box, two Taylor Swift tickets and Paterson and Co earrings (circa £4,500).

Donate an auction prize

As mentioned above, an auction will be held during the dinner and the club is seeking prizes.

In particular, they are looking for a hotel or similar to twin with the Royal Albert Hall box, and dinner to twin with the Taylor Swift tickets.

They are ideally otherwise looking for money can't buy, one-of-a-kind experiences and are open to all suggestions.
